Mirrorismatism

Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield that isnt under your control, you may pay its mana cost with an additional (2) to create a token copy of it, at the beggining of your upkeep, pay (X) for every token copy you control, if you cannot, exile them along with Mirrorismatism.
