When Mishfein dies you may look at the top X
card of your library and exile two of them. Put X
minus 3 of those cards in your hand and the rest
on the bottom of your library. If the exiled card
is a non-permanent card it gains Cipher and
"This card is casted from exile without paying its
mana cost if Mishfein enters the battlefield from
the graveyard or from exile. X equals the cards
you own in exile.
