Mission Control

Mission Control cannot be removed from the
battlefield and cannot engage in combat.
Whenever you have no Mission card in play,
search your library for a Mission card, play it
and shuffle your library.
At the start of your upkeep, if Mission Control
is in your command zone or battlefield, scry 1.
