At the beginning of combat, choose one at random: Dilate Power - Target creature loses all abilities till next turn Psionic Blast - Does 6 damage to any target Mind Control - Gain control of target creature till end of turn. It gains haste Concussive Blast - Destroy target artifact or enchantment Force Field - Put one shield counter on Mister Sinister {G}{U}{W}{B}{R} Regenerate Mister Sinister. It can be cast from a graveyard
