At the beginning of each players upkeep, each
player adds {w} for each Plains they control, and
gains 1 life for each enchantment they control.
Creatures can't have any more Auras or counters
attached to them and whenever an activated
ability taps them, untap them instead.
If a Dragon source deals damage, it deals that
much damage minus 2 instead.
