and whenever a player casts their second spell
each turn, each opponent draws a card.
If {r} was spent to cast Mixie, it gains haste and
whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery,
each opponent may copy that spell.
If {g} was spent to cast Mixie, it gains hexproof
and whenever a player casts a creature spell, each
opponent may create a token copy.
