Whenever Mizutsune attacks, put a bubble
counter on target creature. Creatures with bubble counters are unblockable and can't attack you or
a planeswalker you control. Whenever a creature
with a bubble counter becomes the target of a
spell or ability, counter that spell or ability, then remove all bubble counters from that creature
and tap it.
