Whenever Mizutsune, Slippery Trickster deals combat damage to an opponent, put a slip counter on that player.
Whenever an opponent with a slip counter on them draws a card, they discard a card. This ability triggers up to a number of times each player's turn equal to the number of slip counters on them.
At the end of each player's turn, if that player has no cards in hand, remove a slip counter from them.
