Moag the Merry

When Moag the Merry enters the battlefield, each player gains 2 life and creates a Jack Daniels token. Whenever an opponent commits a crime against you or a permanent you control, that player gets a naughty counter. At the beginning of each opponent’s upkeep, Moag the Merry deals 2 damage to that player for each naughty counter they have. At the beginning of each opponent’s end step, if that player didn’t commit a crime this turn, they remove a naughty counter.
