Whenever Moe, Izzet Alchemist enters the
battlefield Scry 2. At the beginning of your
upkeep, reveal the top card of your library.
Each opponent loses 3 life if it's black,
draw a card and Scry 2 if it's blue,
place three +1/+1 counters on a creature of
your choice if it's green,
return an artifact from your graveyard to your
hand if it's red,
create a 4/4 white spirit guardian token
with vigilance if it's white.
