Mogh, Lord of Blood

When Mogh, Lord of Blood enters the battlefield,
put a Blood counter on all other creatures. The
amount of Blood counters on each creature can't be greater than 3.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a Nihil
counter on Mogh and a Blood counter on all other creatures. Then, if he has three or more Nihil
counters on him, for each creature, Mogh deals
damage to that creature equal to X times the
number of Blood counters on it.
