Whenever Mohg deals combat damage to an opponent, until end of turn you may pay {b/r}{b/r}, if you do, put a blood counter on a target creature each opponent controls.

{4}{b}{r}: Transform Mohg. Destroy all creatures with three or more blood counters on them. Activate only as a sorcery.
