Whenever an attacking creature deals combat
damage, it's controller creates a Blood token.
When there are fifteen or more Blood tokens on
the battlefield, exile all Blood tokens and repeat
the following process three times. Each opponent
losses half thier life rounded up, you gain life
equal to the amount lost this way.
