Moloch, the Tormenter

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice a creature. If you do, put a devil counter
on Moloch, the Tormenter.
At the beginning of your end step, if Moloch has between 2 and 4 devil counters, create that many
1/1 red devil creature tokens with haste. If it has
5 or more devil counters, put that many -1/-1 counters on target creature.
