Momiji cannot be countered.

you control into an Enchantment Aura and
attach it to another target creature you control.
The enchanted creatures power and toughness
are increased by an amount equal to the
transformed creatures, and it has all of the transformed creatures abilities as well as its own.
At the end of your turn, the transformed
creature returns to normal.
