+1: destroy creature/planeswalker/enchantment, every time you use this it increases how much it gives (example first time +1 second time +2 extra).
+1: deal 3 damage to creature/planeswalker or player, if a creature dies form it then it increases how much it gives you by 1.
-10: if everyone has equal health then you win, if everyone does not has equal health then no one wins.
