When Luffy attacks, put a gear counter on it. Luffy gets +1/+1 for each gear counter on it.

If Luffy has 2/3/4 or more gear counters on it,
it gets first strike/vigilance/flying. If Luffy has
5 or more gear counters on it, it gets unblockable, hexproof and double strike.
