As an additional cost to cast Monking, you may destroy a Food token. If you do, it enters with
3 +1/+1 counters on it and gains "At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy a Food
token. If you can't, remove a +1/+1 counter
from Monking. If there are no +1/+1 counters
on Monking, it deals 21 damage to you and you sacrifice it.
