Monolithic Shrine

Whenever a creature an opponent controls gets
a +1/+1 counter placed on it for any reason, Monolithic Shrine gets one as well. Monolithic
Shrine is not a creature and cannot attack or
defend like one.
Distribute-
{2}, {t}: Move a +1/+1 counter from
Monolithic Shrine to target creature you control.
