Monument to Chaos costs {2} less to cast if
you control exactly two different basic lands.
Whenever a basic land enters, it becomes the
type of basic land most common among the
permanents on the battlefield, or one of the
types tied for most common of its controller's
choice. If a land becomes the same type it
originally was, Monument to Chaos deals 3
damage to that land's controller.
