Mood Dampener

Cast this spell only on an opponent's turn. This
spell cannot be countered.
Before you cast this spell, ask an opponent,
"How's your day going?" If that player answers
with "Well" or "Good" or something similar, say,
"Not for long!", cast this spell and place 3 -1/-1 counters on each creature the targeted player
controls. Otherwise, say, "Oh, well it's about to
get worse," and cast this spell. It deals 10 damage
to that player.
