If it is neither day nor night, it becomes day as
Moon of All Hallows' Eve enters the battlefield.
Whenever it becomes night, you may draw a
card and lose a life for each black creature you
control. Whenever it becomes day, lose two life
for each white creature on the battlefield.

you control. It becomes night and cannot become
day until the end of your next turn.
