counter target spell. If a spell is countered this
way, exile it with a meditation counter on it.
{3}{u}{t}: You may cast a spell from exile with a meditation counter on it with converted manna
cost X or less without paying it's manna cost,
where X is 2 plus the number of meditations you control.
