When you cast your second noncreature spells in a turn,
put a quest counter on Moonlit Betrothal. At the beginning of your upkeep, choose the effect equal to the number of quest counters on Moonlit Betrothal.

1 - 2) Draw two cards.

3 - 5) Add {u}{b} at the start of your next main phase.

6 +) Search your library for an equipment card, reveal it,
and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library
and sacrifice Moonlit Betrothal.
