Moonwell

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Moonwell
has less than three charge counters, put a charge
counter on it. Remove any number of charge
counters from Moonwell:
•1: You may play an additional land this turn.
•2: Put three +1/+1 counters on a land. It
becomes a 0/0 Elemental creature. It's still a
land.
•3: Exile a permanent you control. Return it to
the battlefield at the beginning of your end step.
