Whenever you cast a spell during your turn, put a contract counter on Morax.

At the beginning of each opponent’s end step, if they cast less spells this turn than the number of contract counters on Morax, draw X cards and make X treasure tokens, where X is the difference.

At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all contract counters from Morax.
