Eminence — Whenever a permanent card would be exile from anywhere, exile it with a realms of death counter on it. You may play lands and cast zombie and spirit spells from among cards in exile with realms of death counter on them.

Whenever one or more creature you control deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of each player library.
Sacrifice a zombie or a spirit and put a +1/+1 counter on Mordekaiser, the exiled.
