Morpheus

As Morpheus enters the battlefield, choose red
or blue.
Red - When Morpheus enters the battlefield, discard all the cards in your hand, then draw that many cards plus one.
Blue - When Morpheus enters the battlefield, choose target creature or planeswalker. Its owner shuffles it into their library, then draws a card.
