At the beginning of each players upkeep, they
may put a +1/+1 counter on any number of creatures they control. If they do, put that many
+1/+1 counter on Mortle.
Relic Wielder, Menace.
As long as Mortle has 6 or more power, it has vigilance and can block an additional creature
each combat.
