When Morty of C-137 enters the battlefield, you
may search your library for a card named Rick
of C-137, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If
you do, shuffle your library.
Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell,
that player may pay {2}. If they do not, you may
draw a card.
