Morvo, Lord of Flames

Whenever Morvo deals combat damage to a
player for the first time, prevent that damage,
that player then gains an emblem that says
(During your upkeep, this emblem deals damage
equal to the number of Scorched counters on it.)
Whenever Morvo deals combat damage to a
play with an emblem, prevent the damage
and add that many Scorched counters to their
emblem instead.
Yorvo always hated his brothers recklessness.
