Moses enters the Battlefield Anointed (Creatures who are anointed gain Vigilance and the ability "{t}:Draw one card then discard one card")
Whenever another Israelite enters the battlefield, place one Law counter on it. Israelites with Law counters gain the ability: "Remove one Law counter from this creature, it gains +2/+0 and Lifelink until the end of the turn."
