Mosh????

When a creature enters the battlefield
randomly give it to an opponent.
At the beginning of each players upkeep
that player gives a permanent to their
opponent with the least permanents.
When Mosh??? leaves the battlefield
exile all permanents you don't own,
but are under your control.
The party never stops!
