Whenever a permanent gets a counter put on it, if it is not a snow permanent, it becomes a snow permanent in addition to its other types. If it is a snow permanent, it is no longer a snow permanent. This ability only triggers once each turn.

Whenever a permanent gains or loses the snow type, it gains "{t}: each player adds one mana of any color to their mana pool" until end of turn.
