This spell can't be countered, Hexproof,
Creatures you control have haste.
When you cast Motruit: you may search in your
hand, library, graveyard and exile zone for
any number of cards including "Ultimatum" in
the name, exile them, you may copy each one of
those cards twice.
Motruit's power and toughness are both equal to
the number of cards left in your library.
