Mounting Dread

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile a card face-down from your hand.
An opponent chooses a number X, then repeats the following X times: lose 3 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent or discards a card.
Turn the exiled card face up and you may cast it without paying its mana cost if its mana cost is greater than X.
