You can put this card facedown on the field
without paying its converted mana cost as an
enchantment.
When an opponent's creature would deal damage
to you and Mourner's Mire is facedown on the
field, you can pay {3}{b}{b} and flip this card over
and have it become the new target for the damage.
(When this card is flipped over it becomes a
creature.)
