Mourning Beacon

Whenever a creature dies, put a charge counter on Mourning Beacon.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a charge counter from Mourning Beacon and put a creature with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of charge counters on Mourning Beacon from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. If you can not, remove all counters from Mourning Beacon, you lose 1 life for each counter removed this way.
