Mutinous Duel

Each player may discard any amount of cards. Mutinous Duel deals X damage to each player
with the highest number of cards in hand, where
X is twice that number.
Each player with the lowest number of cards in
hand profits. When you profit this way, create a
2/2 black Pirate creature token with menace. (To profit, they create a Treasure token.)
Against pirates, too much thinking will get you dead.
