Mr. BLUR

Mr. BLUR enters the battlefield with X blurry counters on it.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, target opponent names the artist of the creature's artwork without looking at the artist name. If that player is incorrect, Mr. BLUR deals X damage to that player where X is the number of blurry counters on Mr. BLUR.
