his magic eraser destroys all cards in current use.
legend has it that once, Mr. clean took out an
entire empire with just a spritz of cleaning liquid.
if you have 2 mister cleans, their combined power
forces the other players to all remove 10 cards off
the top of their deck and discard them into the
graveyard, as well as placing all cards in current
use into the graveyard. when he is finished he
"cleans up" the corpses of his dead enemies.
