Mr. Compress

When Mr. Compress enters the battlefield he transforms a target unit into an artifact
equipment with "Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
Equip {0}".
Quirk - Transforms a target unit into an artifact equipment with "Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
Equip {0}". Then equip all equipment on the battlefield to any creature, even if it's already
equipped. (A creature uses its quirk whenever a
quirk card is played that affects the creature.)
