tap target creature it does not untap during
controllers the next upkeep.
Biting Cold: Elementals and Humans you control
have pay: {s}{s}{s},{t} to exile target creature;
pay {s} to untap; creatures tapped this way do
not untap on upkeep. Creatures exiled this
way will remain exiled until target creature
untaps or is removed from the battlefield.
