Mr. Jian Shu

Eminence -- Whenever another player draws a card,
if Shu is in the command zone or on the battlefield and it is not that player's draw step, you may pay {2}. If you do, draw a card.

{b}, {t}: Every player draws a card.

At the beginning of your end step, if an opponent
has more than five cards in their hand, they lose life equal to the difference.
