Wheel and Deal: at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep that player must pay {1} for each creature
they control or they must sacrifice that creature.
Then, if they have more cards in their hand than
you, you may draw a card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, they
may create an air token, then you create X+1 air
tokens where X is the number of air
tokens that your opponents created this way.
