Whenever an instant or sorcery spell you control causes damage to any target other than you or the permanents you control, put a X/X black and red Zombie Elemental creature token with "when this creature dies, cause damage its controller equal to power of this creature" on the battlefield of the player or controller of that spell's target permanent, where X is the damage done by that spell.
