Mrs. Foyle

Information about Mrs Foyle was sketchy at best.
There were no reliable records about her before
the age of twenty-three. Even her first name was
unknown.

She somehow gained access to a labyrinth in
Henrietta Street and created the assassination
organisation the Remonstration Bureau.
The time loop which protected the Bureau's
base froze her apparent age at twenty-eight.
