Whenever Ms. Clause enters the battlefield, give any number of permanents you control to any number of opponents. Then, draw a card for each permanent your opponents control but don't own.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent chooses a permanent they control. You gain control of each permanent chosen this way.
