If you control no creatures, this spell costs {5} less to cast.
When a creatures enters the battlefield under your control, exile it, if that creature had mana value 4 or greater, draw a card. When Mukuro, Silence of the Stars leaves the battlefield, you may cast any number of creature spells exiled with her without paying their mana cost.
