Multiple possibilites

Whenever a player would draw a card before they draw the card that player looks at the top two cards of his or her library and puts them back in any order.
Whenever a player casts a spell form his or her hand the player reveals cards from his or her library until they reveals a non-land card. That player may cast that spell without paying its mana cost. if he or she does, exile the original spell.
